Requirements
- Exchanges or returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchase. After this period, any request for an exchange or return will not be accepted.
- Products will only be accepted if they are in their original condition, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided for any return or exchange request.
- Exchanges or returns are not accepted for on sale items.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of panties, boxers and any intimate apparel, except when there is a manufacturing defect.
Returns
- If the return is eligible, the shipping cost is nonrefundable and the shipping return cost is paid by the customer.
- The amount of returned products will be refunded via bank transfer within 1-3 business days to the bank account provided by the customer.
Exchanges
- For exchanges, we recommend that customers visit the store in person, or they can arrange the exchange themselves, covering any shipping costs incurred.
- If the exchanged product has a higher price, the customer will be required to pay the price difference.
- If the exchanged product has a lower price, the customer will be refunded the excess amount which will be refunded via bank transfer within 1-3 business days to the bank account provided by the customer.
